Player coming and going news!
Boro are pleased to welcome back Jimmy Noakes following a long term knee injury. Jimmy is available to play from the Heybridge Swifts game onwards.
Also Boro have signed striker Chris Sullivan (23) whose last club was AFC Sudbury.
Chris moved to AFCS in the closed season having last played for Aveley in 2010/11. His playing CV is as follows -
As a youngster he was an Essex County Schoolboys 100m sprinter. He started his football career with Stevenage in their youth ranks before moving on to Braintree Town (2007) where he played in the Conference South.
Out of contract he was snapped up by AFC Wimbledon (2008) and was there for the 2008/09 season before leaving for Billericay Town, where he remained until November 2009.
He then played for Canvey Island, Tooting and Mitcham United and St Albans City. He returned to Braintree Town in March 2011 before ending last season at Aveley.
He signed for AFCS on 24th June 2011 but left them on on 16th September.
Chris will be in the squad to play against Braintree Town this evening and we wish him a long a happy stay with us.
