The club are looking to bring more people in to help, especially with marketing and social media. The club would like to start a TV channel, as a lot of other clubs are doing,

There was an update on Westlands. The club have managed to submit the planning application to the council, as someone has agreed to pay the application fee while the club raises the money.

Steve and Colin are going to devote as much time as is practical this coming season to push the Westlands project as this is fundamental not only to the progression of the club, but it’s survival.

There are two ways supporters can help the club financially. The first is the Crowdfunding page on Just Giving to raise £2000 towards the administrative costs, and the planning application costs.

The second way is the supporters community scheme whereby supporters are being asked to donate £25 per month fo the 9 month season to assist with the running of the club on a day by day basis. If there were enough subscribers it was hoped that players could receive some petrol money on an ad hoc basis, but this was dependant on all bills being paid.

There is also a drive towards getting advertising in the programme and there will be a new business card size advert slot which will cost £30. Supporters are asked to ask anyone they know with a business if they would be interested.
