Product of the youth team who came to notice in 2008/09 scoring in the 3-2 comeback against Great Wakering when the first team was rested. Most appeared from the substitute bench and never established himself properly in the first team before being spotted at Barkingside in 2012/13. Rejoined the club in 2014/15 but left again in September 2015 and signed for Bowers & Pitsea.
