Looks like Mark BRETT didn’t play this season

Appearances 130 (League 90)
Goals 21 (pen 1) (League 17 (pen1))

Versatile ex-Collier Row player who scored Romford's first ever competitive goal and was the first Boro player to be sent off. Missed the early part of 1993-94 while working in Germany (Auf Wiedersehen Brett, arf arf), scoring an own goal on his comeback. Sent off at Great Wakering in successive seasons and barely completed ninety minutes in the two games combined. Also played a full ninety minutes in goal, keeping a clean sheet at Southend Manor in the Eastern Floodlight Competition in March 1995. Stayed with the Club until the 1995 close season, returning in November for a final spell before joining Barking the following season. Still turning out for Harold Wood Athletic in 2003-04 and was at school with future Boro chairman Steve Gardener.
