Appearances 18 (League 17)Arrived from Aveley and won a dodgy penalty on his debut in March 99, but was in and out of the side for the rest of the season. Struggled to make an impression but cemented his place in Boro history with a sliced clearance at Worthing, which went into the crowd and knocked his girlfriend out cold. Returned on loan from Aveley for a few games under Paul Joynes.
