Michael Woods10 Mar 2024 - 18:03

Boro will learn opponents tomorrow afternoon

The draw for the Semi-Final of the Isuzu FA Vase takes place tomorrow at about 3.15pm and will be broadcast on talkSPORT2. Here’s some information about the draw and the other Semi-Finalists to whet your appetite.

The draw numbers are as follows:
1 Romford
2 Worcester City
3 Lincoln United
4 Great Wakering Rovers

The Semi-Final will be played over two legs on Saturday 30 March and Saturday 6 April and will be the first time that Romford will have been involved in a two-legged tie since the Essex Senior League Cup Semi-Final in 2008-09.

The Semi-Final winners will receive £5,500 in prize money and losing clubs will get £1,725. In the competition to date, Romford have banked £10,275 in prize money.

The club drawn out first will play the first match at home.

If the aggregate score is level at the end of the second match, extra-time will NOT be played and the winner will be determined by a penalty shoot-out.

The other Semi-Finalists:

All of the Semi-Finalists are enjoying their best ever runs in the competition so there will be a new name on the trophy come 11th May. Unsurprisingly, Great Wakering Rovers are the only one of the Semi-Finalists that Romford have ever played.
