Recent results see Romford mired in 17th place in the Essex Senior League table. Last Saturday's home defeat at the hands of Great Wakering Rovers, coupled with Sporting Bengal United's win at Little Oakley, followed by their victory at Basildon United in midweek leave Boro just four points above the drop zone and with a tough game in prospect against SOUL Tower Hamlets tomorrow.

The pitch at the Mile End Stadium has been subject to a number of postponements recently, so tomorrow's game has been switched to the 4G surface at Parsloes Park, which Boro fans will recall is the home of Athletic Newham.

Romford have met SOUL Tower Hamlets only once before and in that game at Mayesbrook Park back in October, the visitors scored four times in each half to run out comfortable winners on a miserable afternoon for Boro.

Recent Form:

SOUL Tower Hamlets have won three and drawn two of their last six games with their only defeat being a 4-0 reverse at Great Wakering Rovers two weeks before Christmas. Since then they have beaten Halstead Town, Sporting Bengal United, Athletic Newham, and Ilford and drawn with Woodford Town and Hullbridge Sports. They currently occupy third place in the table, six points behind leaders Little Oakley, but have three games in hand.

Boro's form in the last six has seen wins over West Essex and White Ensign but the other four games have all ended in defeats.
