The date has been set for Romford's home FA Vase First Round Proper tie against Hadleigh United. The game will be played at Mayesbrrok Park on Saturday 10th October with a 3pm kick-off.

Hadleigh have reached this stage of the competition having beaten Sawbridgeworth Town and Brantham Athletic.

There have been two previous meetings between Romford and Hadleigh United, both in FA Cup ties. In 1995 Romford beat Hadleigh 1-0 at Rush Green, and in 2013 Boro won 5-0 at Hadleigh.
