Romford went ahead at Essex Olympian League Frenford through a Nick Reynolds header from George Woodward's accurate cross but were pegged back by an equaliser from ex Boro man Callum Ibe. Another header by Nathan Cooper from Chris Barry's free kick restored the lead before half time, but after the break Romford failed to convert a number of early second half chances before Frenford levelled the scores.
