Essex Senior League Barking settled first and opened the scoring directly from a free kick. Boro replied before the break to take the leader with Tom Richardson heading in a Nick Reynolds long throw and Reynolds himself shooting home after a couple of blocks on the line.
After mass substitutions at half time two screamers from Reece Tranter out on the right and a Danny Jones glancing header completed a comfortable win.
