Our firsts, of course, built up their confidence further with an accomplished 3-0 away win at famous old The Hare & Hounds ground. For the statistically minded this was our first clean sheet for exactly two months when we completed a run of three such games with a scoreless draw and our first home point.

The reserves went down by only 2-1 against a side who have been scoring goals for fun recently and had beaten them 5-2 in an Essex Premier Cup match a few weeks ago.

In very poor conditions over at The Redbridge Sports ground our Under 18s picked up their first league win (1-0) this season against a team who had scored five against them without reply a couple of weeks earlier.

On the same ground, our Under 16s, with a 1-1 draw, picked up their first league point for a couple of weeks or so.
