Manager Paul Martin is keeping his cards close to his chest about many of the new players who are due to play for Romford tomorrow in our first pre season against Canvey. A 22 man squad has been selected, and there will be plenty of new faces on show as Boro prepare for a long awaited return to the Ryman League.

Paul hopes that the early pre season training, and the number of players at his disposal will allow the club an opportunity to make a strong start to the season.

More familiar players due to be on show include Neil Finn, Danny Mulrooney, Rob Port, Dean Nyman, Kevin Neville and Bradley Walsh.

Following the departure of Ben Turner to Redbridge, Paul Clayton has been named as club captain for the forthcoming season.
