Critical final league game of the season for Boro reserves this coming Saturday! Updated!
After their Essex Olympian Senior League Two title decider k.o 12 midday I am told that there is bar with TV where we can watch the Cup Final.
This coming Saturday May 15th they entertain Runwell Hospital in the Essex Olympian Senior League Two title clincher kick off 12 midday.
Both teams have already achieved promotion with the league positions as follows -
Runwell Hospital 21 16 2 3 56 19 +37 50
Romford Reserves 21 15 2 4 52 16 +36 47
Which means, of course, that our lads must win to gain the final top spot and need as much support to help them to do it.
They play at Aveley Sports and Social Club, Purfleet Road, Aveley, RM15 4DT which is just a five minutes drive from the Aveley FC Mill Field ground.
Drive down Mill Road past Mill Field on your left to the T junction at the bottom, turn right at the petrol station along Purfleet Road and the entrance to the ground is down on the left just the other side of the new A13 bridge. Or coming from the M25 direction go along Ship Lane, turn left at the end and, instead of turning right at the mini roundabout by the petrol station into Mill Road go straight ahead until you reach the entrance to the ground on the left. Or turn off left from the A1306 London Road, Purfleet into Purfleet Road and the ground is just on your right. Or
