Jason became our first ever Women’s Head Coach in March 2023 after the creation of the women’s pathway at Romford. An experienced and widely respected coach, Jason joined us having previously held roles at Forest Crusaders and Buckhurst Hill.

He is a UEFA B qualified coach, with extensive playing experience including a stint in Sweden with Blattnicksele IF. After his playing career, Jason qualified as a coach and was part of the FA Mentor scheme, providing support to coaches throughout Essex and supporting delivery of the FA Level 1 and 2 courses.

Jason left Romford FC in January 2024 to take up the role of Manager of the women's team at Clapton Community FC.
