Centre back whose dismissal at Horsham sparked a championship-saving late comeback. Was the first player to complete the double of scoring for and against Romford, having previously scored for Ford United in February 1994. Managed the step back up from the Essex Senior League despite his obvious lack of pace, to form a strong centre back partnership with Paul Evans. Was not wanted in Division One by Les Whitton but returned to Sungate in November 2001 and helped bring experience to the defence and team spirit to the dressing room, but injuries and suspension kept him out after a couple of months. Missed a penalty in his last game at Barton.
