You can attend on either or both days but you will need to register only the first time you come along when you will also be given the full information about the trials .

There is a reasonable size car park on site. Please park in the clearly marked bays.

Nearest Underground Station = Newbury Park on the Central Line which is west of Aldborough Road South on the A12 main road and is estimated as being 15 minutes walking time from the ground.

Nearest Mainline Railway Station = Seven Kings on the Liverpool Street/Shenfield Line. The ground can be reached via Cameron Road at the back of the station and then turning second (3rd?) right into Aldborough Road South and the entrance to the ground is on the right next to Seven Kings Park. It is estimated to take around 25 minutes walking time.

There are two bus routes that run along Eastern Avenue across the top of Aldborough Road South.
1. Route 66 which runs between Romford Station and Leytonstone Station and vice versa and takes about 20 minutes to Aldborough Road South in both cases. For timetable see - http://www.londonbusroutes.net/times/066.htm.

2. Route 296 runs between Romford and Ilford Stations and vice versa and also takes about 20 minutes to Aldborough Road South in both cases. For timetable see - http://www.londonbusroutes.net/times/296.htm

In both cases when you alight walk down the left hand side of Aldborough Road South and turn into a 'No entry' car entrance to the Fords Sports Ground immediately adjacent to the Ambulance Station entrance which is OK for pedestrians to use
