Some edited supporter feedback from our forum from yesterday's game!

"Although we lost 3-0 that was a performance of which the team could be proud. With George Cocklin and Tyler Hayes departed, Chris Barry played at left back in a defence that included Sam Kemp at right back and with James Ishmail making his first start of 2015 alongside Nathan Cooper.

It could easily have been 2-0 to Boro at the break; a couple of decent half chances were complemented by a terrific header by Nick Reynolds that came back off the post and it was 0-0 at half-time.

In an even second half Sudbury scored twice from good breaks but only a good save by the home keeper kept out a header from Nathan Cooper before the home team got a late third, again on the break".

"Because of departures, injuries and unavailability we had to call in players from our associated team Romford Borough who play in the local Romford league.

This shortage also meant that we had to put out a makeshift defence and had only one playable substitute.

Yet we more than matched our opponents in the first half, actually deserved a half time lead and gave all three the goals away on the break in the second half because we refused to sit back and play for a draw.

Lads you were magnificent and it was a pleasure to be there to support you! "
